建国以来,滨州地区的档案工作在各级党委、政府的领导下,在各部门、各单位的关心支持下,经过全区各级档案部门和广大档案工作者的积极努力,从无到有。从小到大,取得了显著的成绩。特别是党的十一届三中全会以来,各级档案部门深入改革,励精图治,给档案工作带来了生机和活力,全区档案事业有了很大发展,已经形成了一个以档案馆为主体,机关企业事业单位档案工作为基础,文书档案、科技档案和各种档案工作全面发展的档案事业体系。档案事业作为我区改革开放和现代化建设不可缺少的一项事业,正在发挥着越来越重要的作用。为适应全区经济建设不断发展的需要,档案工作还要逐步加强,重点解决好以下几个方面的问题。 一、档案工作要坚持以邓小平同志建设有中国特色的社会主义的理论为指导 Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, archives work in Binzhou has been started from scratch under the leadership of party committees and governments at all levels and with the concern and support of various departments and units and through the active efforts of archival departments at all levels and archivists throughout the region.
