分析了内浮顶储罐内形成可燃气的成因、燃爆事故特点和扑救难点,简述了热气溶胶灭火机理和主要特点,利用直径1200mm的小尺度油罐模拟装置进行了多组灭火试验。试验结果表明:热气溶胶灭火装置能够在几秒内扑灭处于开放状态的储罐火灾;灭火效能约为235.3g/m3;安装于罐壁顶部的灭火装置的灭火效果明显优于安装在浮盘中心的灭火装置。
The causes of formation of combustible gas, the characteristics of explosion and explosion and the difficulty of rescue were analyzed. The mechanism and main characteristics of hot aerosol fire extinguishing were briefly described. A series of fire extinguishing tests were carried out by using a small scale tank simulator with a diameter of 1200 mm.
