本文以四川省2006~2011年上市公司的相关数据为样本,利用描述性统计分析、Pearson相关分析和回归分析,从公司绩效、公司规模等方面对高管薪酬的影响因素进行研究。结果表明:公司规模、公司绩效、高管学历已逐步成为影响四川省高管薪酬的重要因素,而高管年龄、高管持股比例等因素对高管薪酬的影响不大。
Based on the data of listed companies in Sichuan province from 2006 to 2011, this paper uses descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis to study the factors influencing executive compensation from the aspects of company performance and company size. The result shows that the scale of the company, the performance of the company and the qualifications of the senior management have gradually become the important factors affecting the executive compensation in Sichuan Province. The influence of executives’ age and the proportion of executives holding the shareholdings has no significant effect on the executive compensation.
