目的探讨抗青光眼滤过术联合丝裂霉素C治疗青光眼的临床疗效及其对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取宜春市第二人民医院2015年2月—2016年2月收治的青光眼患者84例,随机分为手术联合药物组与手术治疗组,各42例。手术联合药物组予以抗青光眼滤过术联合丝裂霉素C治疗,手术治疗组予以抗青光眼滤过术治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效,干预前后视力、眼压、生活质量评分,观察两组患者并发症发生情况及功能性滤过泡形成率。结果手术联合药物组青光眼治疗总有效率高于手术治疗组(P<0.05)。干预前两组患者视力、眼压、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后手术联合药物组视力、生活质量评分高于手术治疗组(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者眼压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。手术联合药物组并发症发生率低于手术治疗组(P<0.05)。手术联合药物组功能性滤过泡形成率高于手术治疗组(P<0.05)。结论抗青光眼滤过术中联合丝裂霉素C治疗青光眼的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者病情,减少手术并发症发生,促使功能性滤过泡形成,改善视力,有效提升患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of anti-glaucoma filtration combined with mitomycin C in the treatment of glaucoma and its impact on the quality of life of patients. Methods Eighty-four patients with glaucoma admitted from February 2015 to February 2016 in Yichun Second People’s Hospital were randomly divided into operation combined with medicine group and operation group with 42 cases in each group. The combined surgery group was treated with anti-glaucoma filtration combined with mitomycin C, and the surgical treatment group was treated with anti-glaucoma filtration. The clinical curative effect, visual acuity, intraocular pressure and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups Patient complications and functional filtration rate of bleb formation. Results The total effective rate of glaucoma surgery combined with surgery group was higher than that of surgical treatment group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in visual acuity, intraocular pressure and quality of life between the two groups before intervention (P> 0.05). After intervention, the visual acuity and quality of life of the combination group were higher than that of the surgical treatment group (P <0.05) There was no significant difference between the two groups in intraocular pressure (P> 0.05). The complication rate of surgery combined with drug group was lower than that of surgical treatment group (P <0.05). The rate of formation of functional bleb in operation combined with medicine group was higher than that in operation group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of mitomycin C and glaucoma in glaucoma filtration surgery is effective in treating glaucoma. It can effectively improve the patient’s condition, reduce the incidence of complications, promote the formation of functional filtration bleb, improve the visual acuity and effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
