随着社会的变革和企业的不断发展,在21世纪的今天,中国的制造型企业正在积极转型,产业结构进行不断调整,装备水平不断升级,员工队伍也在不断升级。在企业青年人才队伍中,年龄结构越来越年轻、活跃,学历越来越高,我们发现90后即将成为主力军,这个给大型制造型企业团委带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。作为企业青年员工的组织,企业团委怎样服务企业青年团体,从而帮助企业打造具有竞争力的员工队伍,同时为党组织建设提供后备力量,就显得尤为重要。本文从90后员工的成长背景、性格特点、知识结构等方面出发,对90后员工的管理进行了分析和归纳,从而为新形势下企业团委的职能变化提供了充分的依据和方法。
With the social transformation and the continuous development of enterprises, in the 21st century, China’s manufacturing-oriented enterprises are making a positive transition. The industrial structure has been constantly adjusted. The equipment level has been upgraded and the workforce continually upgraded. In the ranks of young talents in enterprises, the age structure is getting younger, more active and higher and higher. We have found that it will soon become the main force after 90 and this has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the large-scale manufacturing enterprises. As an organization of young employees in enterprises, it is especially important for the CYL to serve the youth organizations of enterprises so as to help them build a competitive workforce and provide the reserve force for the construction of the party organizations. Based on the growth background, personality characteristics, knowledge structure and so on, this article analyzes and summarizes the management of post-90s staffs, and thus provides sufficient basis and method for the changes of the functions of the Communist Youth League in the new situation.
