目的调查医院管理人员工作压力的现状及其相关心理社会影响因素。方法随机抽取重庆市区6所军地医院400名医院管理人员,进行工作压力问卷、A型人格评定量表、应对方式量表、社会支持量表、工作控制点量表以及一般调查表调查。运用SPSS13.0软件进行累积logistic单因素和多因素回归分析。结果378名医院管理人员的工作压力平均水平为(85.27±13.64),其中工作压力中等者占65.61%,工作压力高者占19.05%;男性(以女性为参照)、年龄(以20~29岁组为参照)、职务(以低层为参照)、A型人格、外控性是工作压力的危险因素;B型人格、支持利用、内控性是工作压力的保护因素。结论医院管理人员工作压力较高,政府、社会及单位应积极采取措施降低其工作压力,促进其身心健康。
Objective To investigate the current situation of hospital managers’ work pressure and its related psychological and social factors. Methods A total of 400 hospital managers from 6 military hospitals in Chongqing were randomly selected to conduct questionnaires of work stress, type A personality rating scale, coping style scale, social support scale, work control point scale and general survey questionnaire. Using SPSS13.0 software for cumulative logistic single factor and multivariate regression analysis. Results The average working pressure of 378 hospital managers was (85.27 ± 13.64), of which 65.61% were moderately stressed and 19.05% were highly stressful. The male (as female), the age (20-29 Group as a reference), job position (with reference to lower level), type A personality and external control are the risk factors of work pressure. Type B personality, support and internal control are the protective factors of work pressure. Conclusion The work pressure of hospital administrators is high. The government, society and units should take active measures to reduce their work pressure and promote their physical and mental health.
