随着“全球化浪潮”的逐渐升温,在世界经济一体化和文化多元化这两股趋势的共同催化之下,90年代以来在语言学界和汉语教学界都掀起了“汉语热”浪潮,出于世界对于中国文化的关注和吁求以及中国对于提升国家文化“软实力”的需要,对于传统的以语言教学为中心的对外汉语教学提出了具有时代意义的挑战,呼吁着对外汉语教学向更大范围和更高层次的汉语国际推广转变。
