针对航空锂电池成组后普遍存在的不一致现象,以7ICP45航空锂离子电池组为研究对象,以搁置时间和不同充放电倍率对锂电池组不一致性造成的影响为研究点,分析、总结电池组不一致现象的表现规律。结果表明:搁置状态下,前3 d单体间电压不一致性表现明显,7 d后单体电压几乎不再变化,趋于稳定;充放电状态下,电池组不一致现象会随充放电倍率和时间的增加而变大,特别是在充放电后期;工况下电池组受多种因素的影响,短时间内就会有严重的不一致现象。
