目的 :研究蟾酥与维拉帕米的镇痛协同作用 ,为临床合理用药提供理论依据。方法 :采用化学刺激法、热刺激法致痛 ,观察蟾酥与维拉帕米联合应用的镇痛效果 ,用MS— 30 2系统观察蟾酥对蛙坐骨神经动作电位的影响。结果 :蟾蜍对醋酸所致小鼠腹痛、热板法致小鼠足痛均有明显的对抗作用 ,合用维拉帕米能显著增强镇痛效果 ,但蟾酥注射液对蛙坐骨神经动作电位传导无明显影响。结论 :蟾蜍和维拉帕米有镇痛协同作用
OBJECTIVE: To study the synergistic analgesic effect of toad and verapamil to provide a theoretical basis for rational clinical use. Methods: Analgesia was induced by chemical stimulation and thermal stimulation. The analgesic effect of toad and verapamil were observed. The effect of toad on the action potentials of frog sciatic nerve was observed by MS-30 2 system. Results: Toad had significant antagonistic effect on acetic acid-induced abdominal pain and hot foot-induced foot pain in mice. Combination of verapamil and analgesic effect was significantly improved. However, the effect of toad injection on frog sciatic nerve conduction potential was not significant influences. Conclusion: Toad and verapamil have analgesic synergistic effects
