为了解决工作面采空区、巷道高冒区等地点的煤炭自然发火问题,研制了凝胶N_2泡沫灭火新材料。着重研究其配置方案,采用两两复配的方法找出最佳复合发泡剂,A1和A2按2∶3比例复配,严格遵循单一变量原则,确定复合发泡剂的浓度为0.95%,聚合物与水的质量比8.5%,最终合成了用量少,发泡倍数高,泡沫稳定时间长的凝胶发泡原液。用压缩注气法产生泡沫,进行凝胶CO_2泡沫和凝胶N_2泡沫的稳定性比较测定实验,通过气流法测定泡沫的体积半衰期,评价泡沫稳定性,确定压注N_2生成泡沫。并在昌华煤矿成功应用。
In order to solve the problem of spontaneous combustion of coal in goafs and high-rise tunnels, a new material of gel N_2 foam fire extinguishing was developed. Emphasis is placed on the configuration of the complex foaming agent. The best compound foaming agent is found by the method of compounding two by two. A1 and A2 are compounded by 2: 3 ratio and strictly follow the principle of single variable. The concentration of composite foaming agent is 0.95% The mass ratio of polymer to water is 8.5%, and finally a foaming liquid foaming gel with less dosage, high foaming ratio and long foam stability time is synthesized. Compression gas injection method was used to produce foam, and the stability of gel CO_2 foam and gel N_2 foam were compared. The half-life of foam was measured by air flow method, and the stability of foam was evaluated. And Changhua Coal Mine successfully applied.
