面临全新的工作环境、人际关系,新员工在入职初期往往会出现不安、疑虑、惶惑、迷茫等“入职不适症”。针对这一现象,笔者且当一回老中医,开出如下“方剂”。以“导师”为君药。君药,是方剂中对疾病起主要治疗作用的药物。新员工初来乍到,内心常会产生同事们是否欢迎自己,自己是否有能力胜任工作等疑虑。这个时候,新员工最需要的是一位导师。因此,应指定一位专业能力强、职业素养高的老员工,对新员工予以一对一、手把手的指导。部门主管则应遵循“由易到难、由少到多”的原则给新员工安排
