目的探讨自体输血在颅脑肿瘤外科手术中的应用价值。方法选择我院自2003年5月到2005年5月收治的25例颅脑肿瘤患者,15例择期手术患者行术前采血,术中输自体血,10例拒绝采集自体血和急症手术者输库存异体血。结果25例均可顺利完成手术。自体输血组平均采集量为(450±50)mL,平均输入量为(475±83)mL,2例自体输血者因失血过多需同时输入库存异体血,库存异体血平均输入量为(500±45)mL,与前者相比输入量差异不具有显著性,但两组术前、术后红细胞数、血红蛋白及红细胞比容变化值相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自体输血在颅脑肿瘤外科手术治疗中是一种安全、有效、便捷的输血方式。
Objective To explore the value of autologous blood transfusion in the surgical treatment of brain tumors. Methods Twenty-five patients with craniocerebral tumor admitted to our hospital from May 2003 to May 2005 were enrolled. Fifteen patients undergoing elective surgery underwent preoperative blood sampling, autologous blood transfusion during surgery, and 10 patients who refused to acquire autologous blood and emergency surgery Allogeneic blood stock. Results 25 cases can be successfully completed surgery. The average blood volume of auto blood transfusion group was (450 ± 50) mL and the average volume of blood transfusion was (475 ± 83) mL. ± 45) mL. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the amount of red blood cell, hemoglobin and hematocrit before and after operation (P <0.05). Conclusion Autologous blood transfusion in the surgical treatment of brain tumors is a safe, effective and convenient method of blood transfusion.
