本文采用薄层扫描法测定芍药甙脉康冲剂中芍药甙的含量，在点样量３．７μｇ～１８．５μｇ范围内点样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率为９７．２９％。
In this paper, TLC scanning method was used to determine the content of paeoniflorin in Pachymnosia pekinensis granules. A good linear relationship was found between the sample volume and peak area in the range of 3.7μg to 18.5μg. The average recovery rate was 97.29%.
