企业管理现代化抓什么?京棉一厂厂长邸长明认为,既要抓思想观念、组织机构的现代化,也要抓管理方法、手段的现代化。京棉一厂企业管理现代化采用“四全一机”的管理模式,即以全面计划管理为龙头,全面质量管理为中心环节,全面劳动人事管理为保证,建立起全面经济核算的体系,而在各个管理过程中,则以电子计算机网络形成的管理信息系统作为有力、高效的手段。在抓计算机应用的开始阶段,工厂领导、职工中的认识并不一致,有些同志认为“搞计算机没必要,是赶时髦,有算盘就足够了”。
