目的 总结国产眼科染料激光治疗机治疗眼底病的疗效。方法 用国产染料激光治疗机治疗眼底病８３ 例８７ 眼，其中黄斑全层裂孔３４ 眼，中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变２６ 眼，单纯糖尿病性视网膜病变１１ 眼，中心性渗出性脉络膜视网膜炎９ 眼，视网膜静脉分枝阻塞和视网膜干孔各２ 眼，外层渗出性视网膜病变、视网膜血管瘤、创伤性黄斑病变各１ 眼。结果 治疗前视力＞０－３ 者２６ 眼（２９－９％ ），视力＞１－０ 者３ 眼（３－４ ％） 。治疗后视力＞ ０－３ 者２８ 眼（３２－２％ ），视＞ １－０ 者２１ 眼（２４－１％ ）。结论 国产眼科染料激光机治疗眼底病效果良好，治疗时应根据病灶部位调整不同的激光能量和光斑。为获得较好的视力恢复，应早期发现和治疗眼底病。
Objective To summarize the curative effect of domestic ophthalmic dye laser treatment machine on fundus diseases. Methods Eighty-three eyes of 83 cases with ocular fundus were treated with domestic dye laser machine, including 34 eyes with macular hole, 26 eyes with central serous chorioretinopathy, 11 eyes with simple diabetic retinopathy and 9 cases with central exudative chorioretinitis Eyes, retinal vein occlusion and retinal dry hole of 2 eyes, the outer exudative retinopathy, retinal hemangioma, traumatic macular degeneration 1 eye. Results Before treatment, visual acuity> 0-3 in 26 eyes (29-9%), visual acuity> 1-0 in 3 eyes (3-4%). Post-treatment visual acuity> 0-3 in 28 eyes (32-2%), visual> 1-0 in 21 eyes (24-1%). Conclusion Domestic ophthalmic dye laser treatment of ocular fundus disease is good, the treatment should be based on the lesion site to adjust the different laser energy and light spots. In order to obtain a better vision recovery, early detection and treatment of ocular fundus disease.
