本系统是为适应城市出租汽车调度、定位及报警需要而开发设计的。集通信、调度、电话、报警、定位等功能于一体的综合通信网络，既体现出租车调度指挥的专业化，又提高了监测报警安全防范管理水平。本系统既可独立使用，包可以和原有的指挥管理终端相兼客，形成更高层次的指挥调度中心。系统性能优越、操作简单、稳定可靠，此系统的推出，将大大改变我国现有的车辆调度、通信及管理的落后局面。
