目的:研究柳茶对D-半乳糖胺(D-GalN)肝损伤的保护作用及机制。方法:采用大鼠D-GalN急性肝损伤模型进行实验,检测大鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总蛋白、总胆红素、NO及肝甘油三酯、肝糖原、肝丙二醛含量。结果:柳茶(灌胃14~28g(生药).kg-1)能显著降低D-GalN肝损伤大鼠血清ALT、AST活性、总胆红素、NO含量及肝甘油三酯、肝丙二醛含量,提高血清总蛋白、肝糖原含量。结论:柳茶对D-GalN引起的大鼠急性肝损伤具有明显的保护作用,其机制可能与抑制自由基的产生、防止过度的脂质过氧化有关。
Objective: To study the protective effect of willow tea on D-galactosamine (D-GalN) liver injury and its mechanism. Methods: The rat model of acute liver injury induced by D-GalN was used to detect the levels of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total protein, total bilirubin, NO and hepatic triglyceride, , Liver malondialdehyde content. Results: Liucha (intragastric administration of 14-28g (crude drug) .kg-1) could significantly reduce serum ALT, AST activity, total bilirubin, NO content and hepatic triglyceride, Aldehyde content, increase serum total protein, glycogen content. Conclusion: Willow tea has a significant protective effect on acute liver injury induced by D-GalN in rats. The mechanism may be related to inhibiting the production of free radicals and preventing excessive lipid peroxidation.
