抗酸药是一类弱碱性制剂,主要用于消化性溃疡和胃酸过多症。临床上常与其他药物合用,但不合理的联用可产生不良相互作用,致使药物疗效降低或加重不良反应,本文简述如下。 1.红霉素:红霉素肠溶片与抗酸药同服时,肠溶衣在碱性作用下能发生解离而溶解,由于同服的抗酸药又不足以中和整个胃酸,这样肠溶衣已放溶解破坏的情况下,红霉素本身遭受胃酸破坏,导致药效降低,故红霉素肠溶片不宜与抗酸药同服。 2.异烟肼:异烟肼中的肼基可与含钙、铝等金属离子的抗酸药产生络合作用,使异烟肼的吸收减少,疗效减弱。氢氧化铝因能延缓胃排空,从而也可减慢异烟肼的吸收速度。 3.乌洛托品:本品主要用于泌尿系感染。在
