先天性甲状腺功能减低症(甲低)是小儿内分泌常见病之一,如得不到早期诊治,可导致不可逆智力障碍。现将我院儿科1994～1998年诊治的12例误诊病例分析如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 男7例,女5例;确诊时年龄40d至2个月2例,～1岁3例,～3岁4例,～7岁3例。母孕期未食用加碘盐3例,其中1例患甲状腺肿。
Congenital hypothyroidism (hypothyroidism) is a common pediatric endocrine disease, such as lack of early diagnosis and treatment, can lead to irreversible mental retardation. Now my hospital pediatrics from 1994 to 1998 diagnosis and treatment of 12 cases of misdiagnosed as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information of 7 males and 5 females; the age of diagnosis of 40d to 2 months in 2 cases, ~ 1 year in 3 cases, ~ 3 years in 4 cases, ~ 7 years in 3 cases. In the first trimester, iodized salt was not consumed in 3 cases, of which 1 case had goiter.
