井楼油田通过强注污水、蒸汽等开采措施,提高了油藏采收率,取得了明显的经济效益。由于井楼油田通过强注污水、蒸汽等开采措施破坏了地层压力,地层层系发生紊乱,使固井水泥浆上返高度不够和遭到水侵后水泥浆稀释凝固不好,造成固井质量不合格。为了解决以上问题,研究出了一套适合该区块的水泥浆体系和固井工艺,有效地解决了固井质量差的问题,固井质量一次合格率由原来的61·5%上升到现在的100%,满足了开采的需要,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
