酵米面黄杆菌是一种新的食物中毒菌。它的毒素是引起东北和广西地区酵米面中毒的病因,根据其生物学的性状,划归入黄杆菌属中。酵米面中毒是一种病死率极高的食物中毒,为了进一步摸清该菌的分布情况及流行情况,以寻求防治对策,特从血清学方面着手进行研究。本篇报告仅就酵米面黄杆菌菌体抗原进行了初步探索对已鉴定的40株酵米面黄杆菌和吉林省防疫站提供的部分菌株进行了分型及分布的调查。
Flavobacterium flavonoids is a new food poisoning bacteria. Its toxin is the cause of poisoning in the rice noodles in the northeast and Guangxi regions. According to its biological characteristics, it is classified as belonging to the genus Flavobacterium. In order to further find out the distribution and prevalence of the bacteria in order to seek prevention and cure measures, the research on the melatonin is a kind of food poisoning with extremely high fatality rate. This report only preliminary study on the fermentation of Bacillus flavus bacteria Bacillus cereus 40 strains of the identified strains of Flammulina vera and Jilin province epidemic prevention station were part of the type and distribution of the investigation.
