本文简要地介绍了“数控钢管推动测长系统”的用途、组成及其工作原理。“数控钢管推动测长系统”主要用于成品钢管的精确测长,在推动过程中实现动态测量,并为喷印作好定位对齐准备。本系统由机械推动、数字控制及精密测量三部分组成,主要性能指标为:①钢管测长范围:3.90~12.70m(钢管管径Φ114~508mm);②测长精度:土2.0mm;③测量周期:20~45秒/次(连续可调);④年稳定性:±2.0mm。
This article briefly introduces the use, composition and working principle of “Numerical Control Steel Tube Pushing Length Measuring System”. “CNC steel pipe to promote length measuring system” is mainly used for accurate measurement of finished steel pipe length, to achieve dynamic measurement in the process of pushing, and for jet printing to make alignment and preparation. The system consists of mechanical push, digital control and precision measurement of three parts, the main performance indicators are: ① steel measuring range: 3.90 ~ 12.70m (diameter of steel pipe Φ114 ~ 508mm); ② length measuring accuracy: soil 2.0mm; ③ measurement Cycle: 20 ~ 45 seconds / time (continuously adjustable); ④ annual stability: ± 2.0mm.
