目的 探讨工频强磁场 (SPFMF)长期连续暴露对家兔脑电活动的影响。方法 选择健康适龄家兔 33只 ,分成 2组 ,磁场组 13只 ,对照组 2 0只 ,将磁场组家兔长期连续置于工频强磁场 (17- 4 5mT)下 ,监测脑电活动的变化。结果 对照组和入场前磁场组家兔脑电图 (EEG)基本节律为 5 0 μV左右的 β波及少量不典型α波 ,偶见低幅θ波δ波 ,随着暴露时间延长及场强加大 ,磁场组 11只家兔 (11/ 13)θ波和δ波增多以及波幅增加 ,但仍以 β波为主要节律。 结论 工频强磁场长期连续暴露可导致家兔EEG慢波增多
Objective To investigate the effect of continuous high frequency electromagnetic field (SPFMF) on EEG in rabbits. Methods Totally 33 healthy-age rabbits were divided into 2 groups, 13 in the magnetic field group and 20 in the control group. The rabbits in the magnetic field group were continuously exposed to a high-frequency magnetic field (17,45 mT) Variety. Results The basic rhythms of EEG in control group and pre-admission magnetic field group were about 50 μV β-wave and a small amount of atypical α-wave, and occasionally low-amplitude θ-wave δ-wave. With the extension of exposure time and field strength In the magnetic field group, the θ and δ waves of 11 rabbits (11/13) increased and the amplitude increased, but β wave was still the main rhythm. Conclusion Long-term continuous high-frequency magnetic field exposure can lead to EEG slow wave increase
