1 问题的提出1997年我处在大庆地区防洪工程肇兰新河段上承担了巨宝跌水桥的施工任务,工程由省水利勘测设计院设计.新设计的巨宝跌水桥中心偏向上游,距原巨宝桥5m,原巨宝桥已坍塌,修建新桥时,必须先拆除坍塌的旧桥.拆除工程量为:混凝土40m~3,浆砌石168m~3.原巨宝桥右边墩上半部与台帽连在一起向里倒在河道内,下半部基础埋在河内淤泥中;中墩与墩帽分离向左倒入河道内,基础埋在河内淤泥中;左边墩与台帽分离向里倒在河道内,基础埋在河内淤泥中;桥面板已被凿碎,散在河道内,桥栏杆、栏杆柱分节埋在河内淤泥中;两侧八字边墙歪倒在河道内;两侧桥头引道塌方严重,塌坡处与原桥边墩距离为:左侧7m,右侧16m.
