近年来,脂质体的制备技术已致力于制备多层脂质体,这类脂质体能提供包裹大量疏水药物的可能性.一般采用逆相蒸发或其改良法来制备.这类多层脂粒被称为稳定多层脂粒(SPLV)、多层逆相蒸发脂粒(REV-MLV)和多层脂粒(MLV).为了避免混淆,作者将Bangham制备的称为MLV,而用乳化技术制备的称为REV-MLV.Gruner等曾比较MLV和SPLV的物理持性,他们发现这些脂粒即使使用相同材料制备,电镜下形状也十分相似,却具有不同的稳定性、包裹效率和生物效应.
