本文对APUD系统的基本概念及最新研究进展,从生理、生化、组织、胚胎发生、病理等方面做了一个简要叙述。目前APUD系统包括分布于体内各器宫中的四十余种细胞,可产生35种不同的肽类物质和7种胺类物质。其中有23种肽类物质既存在于神经系统又发现于周围组织中。由于APUD系统在功能和形态上与神经系统非常相似,目前认为,它可被看作是神经系统中除躯体运动神经和植物性神经以外的第三个分支——散播的神经内分泌系统。
In this paper, the basic concept of APUD system and the latest research progress, made a brief description from the aspects of physiology, biochemistry, tissue, embryogenesis and pathology. At present, APUD system includes more than 40 kinds of cells distributed in various organs in the body and can produce 35 different peptides and 7 amines. Twenty-three of these peptides are found both in the nervous system and in the surrounding tissues. Because the APUD system is very similar in function and morphology to the nervous system, it is presently believed that it can be considered as the third branch of the nervous system other than somatic and autonomic nerves - the disseminated neuroendocrine system.
