1.给家兔脑室注入DOPS增加脑内NE含量时,可压抑针刺后T淋巴细胞转化能力的增强作用,而对B淋巴细胞产生抗体的能力有增强。这种免疫分离现象的原因尚不清楚。DOPS影响针刺调节免疫反应能力方面,可能存有剂量—效应关系,惜未进行研究。在本实验所用的DOPS剂量作用下,对针刺调节免疫反应的影响是较为复杂的。2.电刺激大鼠LC,激活中枢CA能神经元功能活动时,可产生免疫反应调节功能的增强。同时也可有协同电针增强机体免疫反应的调节能力。

To inject DOPS into the ventricles of rabbits to increase NE content in the brain can suppress the enhancement of T lymphocyte transformation ability after acupuncture and enhance the ability to produce antibodies to B lymphocytes. The reason for this phenomenon of immune segregation is not clear. DOPS affect the ability of acupuncture to regulate immune response, there may be a dose-response relationship, but did not study. Under the action of DOPS dose, the influence of acupuncture on immune response is more complicated. Electrical stimulation of rat LC, activation of central CA neurons functional activity, can produce enhanced immune response regulation. At the same time also have synergistic electro-acupuncture to enhance the body’s immune response regulation.
