为了获得具有细小、均匀等轴晶组织、性能优良的铝合金,讨论了在超声条件下掺杂Mg对铝合金晶粒细化的影响。分别在纯铝中添加1%、3%、5%、7%、9%、15%的Mg组成Al-Mg合金,置于超声振动条件下凝固。研究超声振动条件下不同溶质含量对铝合金凝固组织的影响,分析超声振动对同一试样表面不同部位凝固组织的影响。超声振动条件下,掺杂镁含量为9%的铝合金,能起到最好的晶粒细化效果。
In order to obtain the aluminum alloy with fine and uniform equiaxed grain structure and excellent performance, the effect of doping Mg on the grain refinement of aluminum alloy under ultrasonic condition was discussed. The Al-Mg alloys with 1%, 3%, 5%, 7%, 9% and 15% Mg, respectively, were added to the pure aluminum and solidified under ultrasonic vibration. The influence of different solute contents on the solidification structure of aluminum alloy under ultrasonic vibration was studied. The influence of ultrasonic vibration on the solidified structure of different parts of the same sample surface was analyzed. Ultrasonic vibration conditions, doped with 9% magnesium content of the aluminum alloy, can play the best grain refinement effect.
