雁洲船闸坐落在第四系海陆交互相沉积(Q~(mc))的深厚淤泥上,地基土体强度低,压缩变形大,地震条件下可能产生震陷,其内夹砂壤土层还存在饱和砂土液化问题。为提高地基承载力,减小沉降量,消除砂土液化和震陷,需进行地基处理。经方案比较,地基处理选择了水泥土搅拌桩方案,采用格栅式布置,上闸首、闸室和下闸首置换率分别为35%、27.6%和33.9%,桩长12 m,桩径600 mm,桩体90 d抗压强度值不小于1.8 MPa。施工完成后,搅拌桩质量检测全部合格。
