依照JC/T 2002-2009标准要求,对硅藻泥试样的吸放湿性能进行了测试,研究硅藻泥各组分对其调湿性能的影响,测试结果显示:硅藻泥试样在24h内即可达到或接近其最大的吸放湿量。硅藻土,灰钙及聚合物胶粉掺量的变化会直接影响硅藻泥试样的吸放湿量。过量灰钙的加入会引起试样吸湿量的急剧下降;聚合物胶粉成膜后会形成屏障,阻碍硅藻泥内部水分向外扩散,使试样放湿量降低。
According to the requirements of JC / T 2002-2009, the moisture absorption and desorption properties of diatom samples were tested to study the influence of diatom mud components on the humidity control performance. The results showed that the diatom samples were 24h to reach or close to its maximum moisture absorption and release. Diatomite, calcium ash and polymer powder content changes will directly affect the diatom sample absorption and desorption. Excessive amount of calcium and calcium will cause the sample to absorb a drastic drop in moisture content. After the polymer powder forms a film, a barrier will be formed to prevent the water inside the diatom from spreading outwards and the amount of moisture in the sample will decrease.
