引入3D打印服务是新时期图书馆服务创新的有益尝试,在用户创新素养培育、图书馆社会角色和服务理念转变等方面具有重要的价值意义。本文在案例调研的基础上,解析图书馆3D打印服务的多元模式,提出基于标准化流程的图书馆3D打印服务策略。策略体系包括设备及材料采选、宣传与推广、政策及规则制定、安全及操作培训、申请管理及规范、效果评估与反馈6个子项。图书馆还应注重提升3D打印服务质量和精准化水平。
The introduction of 3D printing service is a useful attempt for library service innovation in the new era, which is of great value in terms of cultivating users’ innovative accomplishments, changing the social roles of libraries and changing service concepts. Based on the case studies, this paper analyzes the multi-dimensional model of library 3D printing services and proposes a library 3D printing service strategy based on standardized processes. The strategy system includes 6 sub-items: equipment and material selection, promotion and promotion, policy and rulemaking, safety and operation training, application management and regulation, effectiveness evaluation and feedback. The library should also focus on improving the quality and precision of 3D printing services.
