金刚石小口径钻进的特点是环状间隙小、回转速度高、机械钻速快。因此,钻具与孔壁之间的摩擦阻力大,钻头与岩石之间的摩擦热能高。这就对金刚石小口径钻进的冲洗液提出了不但要有良好的排粉能力,而且特别要具有良好的润滑和冷却作用的要求。清水和低固相泥浆洗孔,固然有其各自的优点,但是都不能完全满足金刚石钻进对冲洗液润滑和冷却性能的特殊要求。因此,研究提高水基冲洗液的润滑性能和对金刚石的冷却性能是改善金刚石钻进效果的关健问题。

This diamond on the small diameter of drilling fluid put forward not only have good ability to discharge powder, and in particular, have good lubrication and cooling requirements. Clear water and low solid mud wash holes, of course, have their own advantages, but they can not fully meet the special requirements of diamond drilling fluid lubrication and cooling performance. Therefore, research to improve the water-based flushing fluid lubrication performance and the cooling performance of diamond is to improve the diamond drilling effect of the key issues.
