目的:观察不同浓度的掺锶透钙磷石涂层对去势大鼠种植支抗骨整合的影响。方法:将3月龄雌性SD大鼠40只行卵巢切除术后,随机分为4组,每组8只,分别植入相应掺锶量的透钙磷石涂层种植支抗;另外8只假手术大鼠作为空白对照组,植入未涂层种植支抗。分别于加力后2 w、8 w处死大鼠,进行组织观察并计算骨接触率。结果:掺锶透钙磷石涂层种植支抗植入后稳定性好;支抗植入后2 w骨接触率空白对照组较其他组高,支抗植入后8 w骨接触率掺锶10%组相比其他各组优势明显。结论:掺锶透钙磷石涂层可增强钛合金种植支抗在骨质疏松环境下骨整合效果,掺锶10%的透钙磷石涂层效果更佳。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of different concentration of strontium-doped brushite on the osseointegration of implanted bone in castrated rats. Methods: Forty female 3-month-old female Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (8 rats in each group) Sham-operated rats served as blank control and implanted with uncoated implant anchorage. Rats were sacrificed at 2 w and 8 w after the stress, respectively, and histological observation and bone contact rate were calculated. Results: The strontium-containing brushite phosphate coating had good stability after implanting the implants. The 2-w bone contact rate after stent implantation was higher in the blank control group than in the other groups. 10% group compared with other groups obvious advantages. Conclusion: The strontium-enriched brush can enhance the osseointegration effect of titanium alloy implants in osteoporosis environment. The brushing with 10% strontium phosphate is better.
