蒙药肋柱花为蒙医常用要药。通过走访和实地调查,收集肋柱花野外分布信息,综合气候、地形等相关生态因子,利用GIS技术和最大信息熵模型分析肋柱花适宜性分布。ROC曲线的AUC值均在0.99以上,表明最大信息熵模型的预测结果可信度高。研究结果显示影响肋柱花适宜性分布的主要生态因子为2月月平均气温等13个生态因子,其适宜区域集中分布在内蒙古中东部,包括克什克腾旗、多伦县、正蓝旗等地,与传统道地产区基本吻合。此外,区划结果还提供了肋柱花传统分布区以外的新适宜分布区,为今后开展肋柱花野生抚育,引种栽培的选址工作提供了科学依据。
Mongolian Ribula flower commonly used medicine for Mongolian medicine. Through field visits and field surveys, we collected field distribution information of Ribs flower, integrated ecological factors such as climate and topography, and analyzed the suitability distribution of Ribs flower with GIS technology and maximum information entropy model. The AUC values of the ROC curves are all above 0.99, indicating that the maximum entropy model has high reliability. The results showed that the main ecological factors influencing the suitability of Ribs flower were 13 ecological factors such as monthly mean temperature in February and their suitable regions were concentrated in the eastern and eastern Inner Mongolia, including Keshiketeng Banner, Duolun County, Zhenglan Banner And other places, basically the same with the traditional real estate areas. In addition, the zoning results also provide a new suitable distribution area outside the traditional distribution area of ribbed flower, which provides a scientific basis for future site selection of ribbed flower wild cultivation and introduction cultivation.
