猪蹄富含胶原蛋白,每摄入100克蛋白质,需要吃半斤猪蹄,但是吃海参,只需2两,就完全可以补充同样的营养,同时减少对应的脂肪和胆固醇的摄入。类似于海参,海洋里还有很多营养丰富、且利于人体吸收的海洋生物。它们富含哪些营养价值?这些营养为何更易于人体吸收?近日,笔者就此采访了淮海工学院海洋学院海洋生物重点实验室王洪斌教授。
