利用流体力学相似原理及模型试验的方法,以传统的U型地槽平仓房为原型,设计了平仓房机械通风储粮的模型实验台。以大米为研究对象,通过对模型实验台进行通风实验和对各个监测点温度变化的分析,发现了与实际现象相符的通风死角的发生区域,从而验证了模型试验的可行性。
Based on the similarity principle of fluid mechanics and the model test method, a prototype U-shaped trough tanker was taken as a prototype to design a model experimental bench for mechanical ventilation and grain storage in a tiled warehouse. Taking the rice as the research object, through the ventilation experiment on the model test bench and the analysis of the temperature change at each monitoring point, the occurrence area of the ventilation dead angle in accordance with the actual phenomenon was found, which verified the feasibility of the model test.
