我们用吴氏治疗仪进行了辐照对高血糖动物(小白鼠)血糖影响的动物实验研究。动物按体重注射四氧嘧啶(ALLOXAN,SIGMA)制作高血糖动物模型。其中10只动物作为正常血糖组(空白对照组)不注射;其余分为:高血糖对照组(10只)、大剂量组(20只)和小剂量组(20只)。结果表明:用仪器进行大剂量照射后,动物血糖含量趋于降低;用小剂量照射动物血糖含量同样呈下降趋势。
We conducted an animal experimental study of the effects of irradiation on blood glucose in hyperglycaemic animals (mice) using Wu’s therapeutic apparatus. Animals were injected with alloxan (ALLOXAN, SIGMA) to make hyperglycemic animal model. Ten animals were not injected as normal blood glucose (blank control group); the rest were divided into high glucose control group (10), high dose group (20) and low dose group (20). The results showed that the blood sugar content of the animals tended to decrease after the high dose irradiation with the instrument. The blood sugar content of the animals irradiated with the low dose also showed a downward trend.
