在现今的园林工程施工过程中,需要注意很多方面,比如说园林施工所存在的复杂性,以及在施工过程中,对于专业化技术要求也较高,技术也较为复杂。这些都使得园林施工在项目工程的管理中需要有一个系统的、合理的、高效的管理,从而加强园林施工的工程效率,提高园林工程效益。且在园林施工的组织和管理中,管理人员也要做到权责分明,制定好明确的管理目标。该文简要介绍园林工程施工管理组织形式确定的几个基本原则,进而列出几点园林工程管理组织形式的分类,综合之后,对园林工程管理措施进行一个深入探讨和建议。
