目的探讨红车轴草总黄酮体外抗氧化作用。方法采用分光光度法测定H2O2诱导红细胞溶血作用,用2-硫代巴比妥酸法测定小鼠红细胞膜脂质及肝组织匀浆脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果红车轴草总黄酮在0.2~1.6mg.L-1内能抑制H2O2诱导红细胞溶血和红细胞膜脂质过氧化作用,IC50分别为0.93及0.92mg.L-1,均呈较好的量效关系;红车轴草总黄酮在4~32mg.L-1内能抑制肝组织脂质过氧化产物的形成,IC50为17.5mg.L-1。结论在一定浓度范围内红车轴草总黄酮体外具有明显的抗氧化作用。
Objective To investigate the antioxidation of total flavonoids of Trifolium repens in vitro. Methods The red blood cell hemolysis induced by H2O2 was measured by spectrophotometry. Lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde (MDA) content was measured by 2-thiobarbituric acid method. Results The total flavonoids of Trifolium repens could inhibit the H2O2-induced hemolysis and erythrocyte membrane lipid peroxidation in 0.2-1.6 mg.L-1. The IC50 values were 0.93 and 0.92 mg.L-1, respectively. Relationship; Trifolium pratense total flavonoids inhibited the formation of lipid peroxidation products in liver tissue in the range of 4 to 32 mg.L-1, with an IC50 of 17.5 mg.L-1. Conclusion The total flavonoids of Trifolium repens have obvious antioxidative effect in vitro in a certain concentration range.
