钢珠式阀门的结构较为简单,而且钢珠在运动中不会卡死。由于这两大优点,它在液压系统中被广泛采用。但是钢珠在运动中的阻尼很小,由于液压波动,钢珠在弹簧力的作用下以较高的频率振动,迅猛地撞击阀口,可使阀口损坏而失去密封性。这是钢珠式阀门常有泄漏故障的重要原因之一。钢珠与阀门座上的阀口之间要没有丝毫缝隙,才能密封。一般设计图纸上都规定阀口应“保持锐边”,使钢珠与阀口呈环状线接触。按理只要将钢珠在阀口上稍加研磨即可达到上述的密封要求,如图1。但是,要达到环状线接触,阀孔的椭圆度和阀口端面对阀孔轴线的垂直度均有较高的要求,不然要将钢珠与阀口
