该研究提出了以各职业特点和工种的不同对学生职业体能发展及体育素养培养有区别,对高职学生不同专业在公共体育教学中进行有差异性的教学内容设计和安排,目的在于针对性地发展学生的职业体能和职业素养以便更好地为学生今后从事的职业服务和工种相匹配,从而提升学生的就业竞争力。所得结论有:高职公共体育教学应从学生未来工作岗位的实际需求出发,着重突出学生的职业能力培养;在课堂教学实践中要渗透职业体能的发展;课程体系可以将其分为基础体育、职业体育、行业体育和体育素养四个阶段;采用“工学锻炼模式”着力培养学生的职业体能和体育素养,从而为职业服务和工种匹配做足准备。
