采用微分固定床反应器对自制的80-C-77-1催化剂进行了氧气法乙烯氧氯化制二氯乙烷的本征动力学研究。对排除了内外扩散影响在210—250℃及1.3大气压下求得的动力学试验数据,用图解,单元回归,多元线性回归三种数据处理方法,求得了该反应在近似工业条件下的简化幂函数速率方程为γ=1.21×10~5[e×p(-12300/RT)]P_(C_2H_4)~(1.61) 在动力学的试验中,找出了一些规律,为改进工艺条件提供参考。
The intrinsic kinetics of dichloroethane produced by ethylene oxychlorination by oxygen method was studied on a self-made 80-C-77-1 catalyst using a differential fixed bed reactor.
