利用SEM,EPMA(WDS)观察分析了聚晶金刚石层中DD结合聚晶晶界结构、组成和性能,讨论了晶界金刚石微晶的形成机制,证明了聚晶金刚石层中存在DD结合的网络状结构,在此基础上提出了DD结合界面的2种生长模式重结晶金刚石搭接生长模式和原始金刚石接触面沉积生长模式。
The structure, composition and properties of DD bonded polycrystalline grain boundary in polycrystalline diamond were observed and analyzed by SEM and EPMA (WDS). The formation mechanism of grain boundary diamond microcrystal was discussed. It is proved that there is D D combined with the network-like structure, on this basis proposed DD interface with two kinds of growth mode recrystallized diamond lap growth mode and the original diamond contact surface deposition growth mode.
