霉变甘蔗中毒已有报道,其治疗方法较多。现将我科1例脑活素(Cerebrolysin。奥地利Ebewe公司生产)治疗病例报告如下: 患儿,女,3岁,因双下肢活动障碍18天入院,患儿病前曾吃霉变甘蔗1斤,24小时后开始全身抽搐,共5次,每次8～10分钟。抽搐后1小时双下肢不能站立、坐及翻身。院外曾用能量合剂治疗5天无效。查体:神志清楚,对外界反应敏捷,卧位,语言流畅,心肺及肝脾无异常,颅神经无异常,感觉正常,双上肢无异常,双下肢肌力Ⅱ级,右下腹 Moldy sugarcane poisoning has been reported, its treatment more.
