前期研究方案中,蓬莱19-9项目各生产井产液经生产/测试管汇合后,通过测试分离器及多相流量计对生产井井流进行计量,同时,由于井流中含有硫化氢,设计时根据相关标准的要求,考虑测试分离器及多相流量计的防硫化氢的措施,适当的提高材料的等级。在后续的项目实施的过程中,从测试分离器及多相流量计的计量效果,现场实际使用情况,成本投入等方面考虑,确定优化掉测试分离器,在满足计量要求的前提下,减少了甲板面积、节省管线、设备等的采办、安装成本,很好的达到了降本增效的目的。
