通过浸渍法制备了负载Sn的镁铝水滑石类化合物Sn/HT。利用X-射线衍射(XRD)技术对催化剂的结构进行了表征。研究了其对尿素与1,2-丙二醇合成碳酸丙烯酯的催化性能。考察了催化剂制备条件、反应条件和催化剂的再生性能。结果表明,负载Sn的镁铝水滑石的焙烧产物对尿素与1,2-丙二醇合成碳酸丙烯酯具有比较好的催化活性。当水滑石前驱体中镁铝比为3/1,Sn含量为1.5%,焙烧温度为450℃时制备的催化剂Sn(1.5)/LDO(3)具有最高的催化活性,当尿素与1,2-丙二醇的物质的量比为1∶4时,170℃反应3 h,碳酸丙烯酯的收率达88.26%。催化剂可多次再生重复使用,催化活性稳定。
Sn-loaded Mg-Al hydrotalcite Sn / HT was prepared by impregnation method. The structure of the catalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The catalytic properties of propylene carbonate synthesized from urea and 1,2-propanediol were studied. The catalyst preparation conditions, reaction conditions and catalyst regeneration performance were investigated. The results show that the calcined product of Sn-loaded Mg-Al hydrotalcite has better catalytic activity for the synthesis of propylene carbonate from urea and 1,2-propanediol. The catalyst Sn (1.5) / LDO (3) prepared at the calcination temperature of 450 ℃ has the highest catalytic activity when the molar ratio of Mg to Al in the hydrotalcite precursor is 3/1, the content of Sn is 1.5% Propylene glycol was 1: 4, the reaction was carried out at 170 ℃ for 3 h. The yield of propylene carbonate reached 88.26%. The catalyst can be repeatedly used repeatedly for regeneration, and the catalytic activity is stable.
