针对西一矿东一回风大巷弱胶结极软岩煤层巷道支护的技术难题,通过对该巷道地质条件分析、巷道变形破坏特征分析,提出了极软岩弱胶结巷道围岩控制机理。通过ANSYS、FLAC3D数值模拟及理论计算,提出了“16#工字钢棚+二次挂网+二次喷浆+底梁浇注”的联合支护方案。工程实践表明,该条巷道围岩得到了有效控制,保障了煤矿的安全生产。
Aiming at the technical problem of weakly soft and extremely soft rock roadway supporting in the first return airway of West First Coal Mine, the control mechanism of surrounding rock of soft rock roadway with extremely soft rock is put forward by analyzing the geological conditions of the roadway and the deformation and damage characteristics of the roadway. Through the numerical simulation and theoretical calculation of ANSYS and FLAC3D, the united support scheme of “16 # I-steel shed + secondary screen + secondary shotcrete + bottom beam casting” was put forward. Engineering practice shows that the tunnel surrounding rock has been effectively controlled to protect the safety of coal mines.
