基于我国T0304—2005粗集料试验方法中存在的问题,通过运用Plackett-Burman设计法,针对可能影响粗集料密度及吸水率实测值的试验因子,采用两种不同吸水率水平的(大于2%和小于2%)粗集料,分别研究了粗集料粒径、水分状况、待测样品冷却时间、浸泡时间、擦干状况、水浴温度及测试试样冷却时间等7个因子对粗集料密度及吸水率的影响。统计学方差分析表明,在不同吸水率水平下,这7个因子对粗集料的毛体积密度、表干密度、表观密度及吸水率的实测值有不同程度的影响。在此基础上对我国T0304—2005粗集料密度及吸水率试验方法提出了相应建议。
Based on the existing problems of the T0304-2005 coarse aggregate test method in China, the Plackett-Burman design method was used to test the factors that may affect the density and water absorption of the coarse aggregate. Two different water absorption levels (> 2 % And less than 2%) of coarse aggregate, respectively, the coarse aggregate particle size, water conditions, the cooling time of the sample to be tested, soaking time, drying conditions, water bath temperature and test sample cooling time, Material density and water absorption effect. Statistical analysis of variance showed that these seven factors had different degrees of influence on the gross bulk density, surface dry density, apparent density and water absorption of the coarse aggregate at different water absorption levels. Based on this, some suggestions are proposed for the test methods of density and water absorption of T0304-2005 coarse aggregate in our country.
