全氟异丁烯(PFIB)是高毒性、低沸点、小分子全氟代有机物,近年来受到国外军事化学家的重视。它也是氟塑料制造、加工过程中产生的一种剧毒气体。从报道的外军毒剂研究动向以及有机氟工业生产安全防护考虑,开展的PFIB的吸入毒理研究,具有重要的学术意义和实际应用价值。
Perfluoroisobutylene (PFIB) is a highly toxic, low boiling point, small molecule perfluorinated organics. In recent years, PFIB has received the attention of military chemists abroad. It is also a toxic gas produced during the manufacture of fluoroplastics. It is of academic significance and practical value to study inhalation toxicology of PFIB from the research trends of foreign military agents reported and the safety of organic fluorine industrial production.
