通常认为血中测到抗核抗体(ANA)对诊断系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)有决定性意义。本文报道10例病人具有 SLE 的临床特征,同时均符合诊断SLE 14条标准中的4条。在该病的活动期和非活

通常认为血中测到抗核抗体(ANA)对诊断系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)有决定性意义。本文报道10例病人具有 SLE 的临床特征,同时均符合诊断SLE 14条标准中的4条。在该病的活动期和非活动期做了84次 ANA 测定,除2例外,ANA 均持续阴性 ANA 阴性的病人常有脱发,雷诺氏现象,及复发性口腔溃疡。作者认为 ANA 阴性的 SLE 是该病的一种亚型,过去没有引起足够的注意。
